Gavin Turns One!

This year just flew by. I can't believe Gavin will be one. It went by so fast. We took Gavin to have his picture taken. Chloe wasn't feeling very well but she helped with Gavin and made him laugh.

Janie and Jack had a photographer come into their store. Rachel Capil www.rachelcapil.com did an excellent job with their photos and we wanted to share them. Gavin at 10 days old and Chloe 2 years and 4 months. Here are the images we purchased. The last one of Chloe...Rachel liked it so much she is using it for her business card.

Visiting the Pumkin Patch - October 9, 2009

We headed to Stanley's Pumkin Patch which is about 20 minutes from our house. We have gone there the last couple of years. Chloe had a great time, but Gavin was just interested in eating. We picked up 4 pumkins and 2 bails of hay. I know we got a steal of a deal thanks to cute Chloe and little tiny Gavin. Above are a few pictures Jarrod took.

New Baby Brother - Gavin James Phelps

We welcomed our second baby into the world on September 27, 2009 at 10:09am. He is a great little one so far and we are all really enjoying him.

Fun in the Sun!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful time in Hawaii. We went for a week and met Jarrod's Aunt Brenda, Uncle Ronnie and Cousin Ronda there. It was a very relaxing trip and super easy with a toddler. We really enjoyed having family there with us and we both ended up on the 7th floor. They faced the ocean directly...we looked out to the ocean from the other side. Hawaii is a great vacation for families with little one's. Chloe loved the birds that were everywhere and said "hi" and "bye" "birds". We went to the pool everyday, headed to a Luau, took a train ride, and enjoyed a sunset sail. We also had wonderful dinners out and enjoyed our morning breakfast at the hotel.

Easter 2009

We had a great time at Easter. Chloe was very excited to eat at the Silverado and couldn't wait to test out their silverware. The weather was perfect and she enjoyed the flowers outside.

We all had a great time in Tahoe. It was Chloe's first time in the snow. Chloe really enjoyed herself and we enjoyed her.

We took Chloe to have her picture with Santa. She looked interested in Santa and at first looked fine but as the pictures progressed Chloe didn't seem very happy and ended up crying, which made us laugh so hard.

The Blue Angels In San Francisco October 11, 2008

The Blue Angels came to town! It was a fantastic show. We saw it from Lyon street. We couldn't find parking in the Marina and just kept driving up the hill and right as the show started people just stopped their cars and got out...so we did too. Sadly, this is the last time we saw Angel Island as it is in this picture as the next day it burned.







Chloe and I meet this cool dog who was also watching the show with her owner. It was a beautiful clear day.

Chloe's Pumpking Patch Adventure

We took Chloe to the pumpkin patch October 5th. So many pumpkins to choose from and so little time...but we picked out three. We had fun checking out all of the pumpkins and everything else too.

Chloe's first swimming lessons

Chloe had her first swimming lessons this September and she loved them. You can tell from this photo taken after her second lesson. Daddy got in the water with her and Chloe really enjoyed being in the water of course it was a nice warm day.

Chloe's First Trip to Disneyland - June 7, 2008

June 7, 2008. Chloe's first trip to Disneyland. She giggled and laughed on most of the rides. Chloe loved the little drops on pirates and chatted away at the scenes in the ride. We had a lot of fun with her.

It is almost birthday time

Chloe will be turning one this month and I am busy planning her party. This is the picture I used on her invitation. I can't believe she will be turning one already. Time has gone by so fast. She has been keeping me busy and she is starting to really let me know when she wants something...but at last a girl can't have everything she wants...

We enjoyed our first Easter with Chloe. She was in a very good mood as usual and we enjoyed ourselved at Sunday Brunch with her.
